COMING SOON: A STORE! Also, a new product line that I discovered this weekend at anime banzai. I am pretty excited and hopefully this membership will motivate me to actually submit. Also.. webcomic coming... but.. I need pressure. So you people (the fans) need to bug me until I finish it! This week I have 2 dates and a board game night BUT- that is no excuse!!! RE: Draw off-

So a couple people asked what a draw off was. This is just how I remember it from the penciljack forums I used to frequent.

Two artists face off in a contest of skill and creativity. Each artist chooses a fictional(or real) character from their choice of comic book, anime, book, TV, or whatever you fancy- as long as both artists know the two characters. Then they each draw a picture of how a fighting match would play out between the two. A community or just a group of judges picks the winner by voting- and a good time is had by all.

Now there is also something called a group draw off where a certain subject is decided on- like one character or a group of characters- And each member of the draw off submits their entry. Then the community votes! I believe the term for this on DA is a ... tell me if I pronounce this right... "Kaahn-test?" yeah.. whatever, screw that mess- it's a DRAW OFF!!!


So let's do it! I don't know what I'll do yet but I would like to host one and get an idea of who wants some! There will be blood, kids. I will likely have entries sent to me so I can post them all somewhere and the voting can be non-biased... *shrug* It will be fun.
